NO REFUNDS AFTER PAYMENT: All payments made to LTB LLC are final and non-refundable once processed. This policy applies to all services offered including but not limited to design services, strategy consulting, technical integrations, training programs, and ongoing retainers.

Project Cancellation Policy
While refunds are not available after payment, clients may request project cancellation before work commences. In such cases:
- Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of payment
- No work must have begun on the project
- A processing fee of 10% may apply to cover administrative costs
- Cancellation approvals are at LTB's sole discretion
Service Delivery and Satisfaction
LTB is committed to delivering high-quality services that meet or exceed client expectations. We work closely with clients throughout the project lifecycle to ensure satisfaction. However, dissatisfaction with completed work does not constitute grounds for a refund.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes regarding services or this refund policy will be resolved through:
- Direct communication with our project management team
- Escalation to senior management if necessary
- Mediation through appropriate business channels
All disputes are subject to UAE jurisdiction and applicable laws.
Payment Terms
All services require payment in advance or according to agreed milestone schedules. Payment methods accepted include:

- Credit/Debit cards
- Digital payment platforms
Service Modifications
Clients may request modifications to ongoing projects, but additional fees may apply for scope changes. Modifications do not entitle clients to refunds for work already completed.
